Chemical Magnetic Pump Precautions

Because the cooling and lubrication of the bearings of the chemical magnetic
pump rely on the medium being transported, it is absolutely forbidden to run it
empty, and avoid running it empty when restarting after a power outage in the
middle of the work.

2. If the medium being transported contains solid particles, a filter should
be added to the inlet of the chemical magnetic pump: if it contains
ferromagnetic particles, a magnetic filter should be added.

3. The ambient temperature of the chemical magnetic pump should be less than
40℃ during use, and the temperature rise of the motor should not exceed 75℃.

4. The medium being transported should be within the allowable range of the
chemical magnetic pump material. The operating temperature of the chemical
magnetic pump should not be lower than minus 30℃ and the maximum should not
exceed 100℃. The conveying suction pressure is not more than 0.2MPa, the maximum
working pressure is 1.6MPa, the density is not more than 1600Kg/m3, and the
viscosity is not more than 30X10-6m㎡/s, which does not contain hard particles
and fibers.

5. For the medium that is easy to precipitate and condense, it should be
cleaned in time after use to drain the accumulated liquid in the chemical
magnetic pump.

6. After 1000 hours of normal operation, the chemical magnetic pump should be
disassembled to check the wear of the bearings and end face moving rings, and
replace the wearing parts that are not suitable for reuse.

The driving device of the chemical magnetic pump adopts an active magnet
coupling directly mounted on the motor shaft. The pump chamber is completely
closed, and the impeller with magnets on the pump shaft is indirectly driven by
magnetic coupling to rotate. The structure is compact, safe and energy-saving.
Although the part of the chemical magnetic pump that contacts the liquid is
fluoroplastic, the outer shell of the chemical magnetic pump is made of metal,
so the pump body is sufficient to bear the weight of the pipeline and withstand
mechanical shock.
